Inline depaneling - quality is in the details

Apart from the space requirement, the Inline series 4646 has not been performance and quality spared. A low-vibration steel welding frame, precise linear motor technology with high-resolution measuring system, and the use of high-quality tools guarantee a long service life. As standard, the depanelling machine is equipped with a width-adjustable infeed conveyor, integrated image-supported Teach-In camera system, panel fixation by vacuum suction cup and/or pin clamping technology, disc or shank cutting technology fully automatic cutter length processing and residual frame disposal equipped.
The machine capability covers all requirements of contemporary and future assembly production.

PCB blank feeding & fixing
Feeding from magazine, from conveyor belt or manually. Fixing of the PCB with centering pins and vacuum technology. Stabilization via
down-holder brush from top/bottom or product-specific special design.
PCB twisting max. 1% of length or width.

Single board deposit
Mechanical or vacuum single or multiple grippers for position-related deposit in tray, WT or on belt.

Dust extraction
External dust explosion-proof suction unit, H-filter, vacuum sensing. Optional connection to central suction system.

Multi-axis system control
